This oud has the classic tear-drop shape and an internal Piezo pick-up. Solid staves of alternating woods are used in the construction of the bowl and neck. There are three rosette sound holes on the soundboard. Woods used in construction may include spruce for the soundboard; the body and neck can be constructed of a variety of woods including mulberry, mahogany, walnut and African wood. The oud has 11 strings. Oud includes oud pick and soft gig bag.
